Collappor8 are a team of management consultants providing strategic planning, project management and task execution. Our leadership is degree qualified, well trained, highly experienced multi-disciplinary professionals who never stop learning, and then sharing through mentoring. We help our clients build capacity, capability and ultimately opportunities for profit and growth.
Being successful in business is a matter of perseverance, experience, an open mind and a willingness to act. We are more than a Think Tank. We help businesses overcome their pain points and complete their projects by filling the skills and/or knowledge gap, or simply manpower. With every innovative problem that we receive, our well-curated team’s works to understand the problem, propose possible solutions and outcomes, then, if necessary, implement the plan.
At Collappor8 we are a one-stop shop. We are business strategists that specialise in small to medium-size business. Over the last couple of decades, we have seen the decentralisation of business consultant services. We found that businesses cried out for the one-stop-shop concept where they could get the business and strategic planning they need to operate their entire business. Collappor8 continues to grow its team by bringing specialist business consultants into our company on a permanent basis or for short term projects. We only partner with specialists who are like-minded, similarly valued and highly vetted with ninja skills.
Collappor8 received the CBCC Women In Leadership Western Sydney Award for advancing business leadership and support of our community in 2021 as a result of our work and contribution during the COVID pandemic to our local business community.

When Collappor8 puts a team together, we value education, experience and common sense. Our Think Tank is the collaboration of our degree qualified management consultants, our passionate business consultants and our experience clients. We are an equal opportunity employer which instinctively allows us to have different perspectives. We see people and their value to our team. If you want to be a part of our team contact us.
Collappor8 wants to create a legacy of extraordinary service to our community. Our community footprint plan is driven by causes our Company is passionate about, and a strong desire for a more inclusive and diverse community filled with opportunity.
Our Company is proud to share its skills and knowledge to lift up the community and its people. We aim to take part in grass-root community initiatives that create high-value social impact. We empower our staff to make real and sustainable impacts. We advocate, promote and mentor doing good as being good for business within our business networks.
We developed, designed and launched, in collaboration with the Canterbury Bankstown Chamber of Commerce, the CBCC Round Table Initiative. This program is designed to help businesses provide their leadership and staff with a free avenue to develop leadership practical experience; a safe place to explore pain points within their employment addressing mental health issues over and beyond isolation, stress and financial hardships. As well as providing smaller groups for networking and building business advocates and sales opportunities.
The social impacts of COVID-19 have been felt by all Australians. Young people are faced with the challenge of finding employment due to their lack of experience and understanding of the inner workings of a business. Small business is often referred to as the backbone of the Australian economy. We have often left the training of our youth to large and corporate firms, however, these opportunities are limited.
Our unpaid summer intern program allows young people to receive the training, knowledge and hands-on experience to seek gainful employment. Our interns, practice their skills with Collappor8 and are then deployed on to pro-bono cases for not for profits, DGR charities and selected micro-businesses in an effort to help those most in need. Hear from our interns.
We developed and designed the Youth Entrepreneurs of Tomorrow program that is the systematic exchange of ideas, patterns, methodologies, knowledge and experience down and across generations. This program was due to be piloted in 2020 in collaboration with Canterbury Bankstown Chamber of Commerce at member schools including Bankstown Girls High School and Bass Hill High School.
Unfortunately, due to COVID and funding limitations, this program is yet to run. Please stay tuned.
Each year, Collappor8 selects four noteworthy causes to support. These have included bro-bono work for St Merkorious Charity, Outloud, Community Minds and Haydn Payne from Spectrumite.
In addition, we are sponsors of the CBCC Annual Women in Leadership Event that brings women from leadership roles to share their stories, experiences, passions to provide inspiration and positivity to women across Western Sydney and beyond. Together women are supporting women to effect change.
We offer concessional grant writing to grass root community initiatives, not for profits and charities. What this means is, Collappor8 discounts grant writing by more than 60% to help secure funding or other benefits.
This often means that we assist with program development, administration and other means of support and networking in order to holistically help our communities and the environment around us.
Fee transparency is a topic that comes up frequently in our discussions with our clients and potential customers. By making our fees accessible, everyone can get a clearer understanding of where our value is which reduces uncertainty and inspires confidence.
In addition to our hourly rates, we also offer daily rates, fixed price contracts, retainers and equity partnership.
